Privacy Policy

When you create an account and place orders we collect: your name, email address, telephone number, farm or business name (optional), shipping and billing addresses, and your Repttown account identifier used for sign-in.

To perform testing we also process information about your animals and samples (species, animal ID, sample type) and the resulting laboratory data.

Payment is made by PromptPay bank transfer. The payment slip image you upload is stored and reviewed by our staff to verify your transfer — we do not collect card numbers or use a third-party payment processor.

We use this data to create and manage your account, process orders and payments, receive and track samples, deliver test results, arrange kit shipping or onsite collection, respond to enquiries, and meet our accounting and legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Account and order data is kept for as long as your account is active. Order, payment, and result records are retained for up to 10 years after the transaction to satisfy laboratory record-keeping and Thai accounting/tax requirements, after which they are deleted or anonymized.

We share data only with service providers needed to run the service: shipping carriers (kit and sample delivery — name, address, phone only) and the Repttown platform (single sign-on). Each receives only the data required for its function. We may also disclose data where required by law.

We use essential cookies only: a session cookie to keep you signed in and a preference cookie that remembers your language. We do not use third-party advertising or analytics tracking cookies.

You can view and update your profile and saved addresses in your account settings at any time. To request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your personal data — or to ask any privacy question — contact us through the contact page at lab.repttown.com/contact and we will respond within 30 days.
