Terms of Service

Repttown Lab (lab.repttown.com) provides laboratory testing services for reptiles and exotic animals, including pathogen screening, genetic analysis, and sexing tests. Orders are placed online; customers then submit biological samples to our laboratory by shipping, drop-off, or scheduled onsite collection where available.

Test availability, pricing, and turnaround times are shown on each test page at the time of ordering. All prices are in Thai Baht (THB) and include applicable VAT where stated.

An order becomes payable once it is confirmed in the order wizard. Payment is accepted by PromptPay bank transfer — after transferring, upload your payment slip and our staff will verify it before your order proceeds.

Laboratory work on an order begins only after payment is completed and the sample has been received by the lab.

Before payment: you may cancel an order at any time, free of charge, from the order detail page in your dashboard. Unpaid orders may also be revised (samples added or removed) before payment.

After payment: orders cannot be cancelled, because laboratory scheduling, consumables, and testing capacity are reserved for your samples upon payment.

Payments are non-refundable once an order has been paid, except in the following case:

If our laboratory is unable to perform the test you paid for — for example the sample is damaged in a way that prevents analysis, fails quality control with no usable material remaining, or the failure is caused by an error on our side — we will offer you, at your choice, a full refund of the affected test to your original payment method, or store credit of the same amount for future orders.

Refunds under this exception are processed within 14 business days after we confirm the test cannot be performed. Refunds are not provided for dissatisfaction with a valid test result, or for delays caused by sample shipping outside our control.

You are responsible for collecting and shipping samples according to our submission guide. Results are delivered digitally through your dashboard and can be shared via a link you generate. Results are provided for animal-health and husbandry purposes and do not constitute veterinary treatment advice.
